The Beeb

I have been informed that apparently someone from the BBC will be covering the whole sensor net deployment thing. As both someone responsible for a heck of a lot of the code for the nodes, and fairly certainly the only native English speaker in the whole darn deployment, I am somewhat hopeful. *fingers crossed*

whoa. someone else on my friends list made a very similar icon (http://www.livejournal.com/users/talisker/132959.html) once...

so, if you're gonna be a star, will you let people know when Your Blondness can be admired on tv? ;)

I'm not that optimistic about this being on TV (ok, possibly Dutch TV), and my current suspicions are that this will be someone from the BBC News website as opposed to a full-on camera crew - my info on the BBC turning up is at least 3rd hand, if not more. However, I am still going to attempt to find my good side, and in the event that this actually happens, I will make sure that *everyone* knows when to watch!
