Palfrey's life

Being reasonably happy with LJ's services, and that I do want to keep things like the many userpics and so on (and that my paid service was running out tommorrow), I've decided to pay up for another year. Admittedly the recent 503's at various points have been annoying, and I don't think the services that I'm getting by paying are worth £13/year. *However* the whole service is, and despite the fact that I could get 95% of what I use for gratis, given that LJ has helped me keep sane and in touch with people over these last 18 months, I'm paying up. I think that the majority of people reading this don't pay anything to LJ, and I would say that if you're using this on a regular basis to reconsider that stance, especially given the lovely ad-free interface.
