Synthetic biology.... *gulps* eeek!

While sounding kinda cool I'm not sure I'd trust the ptb. Imagine the potential for biological warfare.....

I wonder if they could create a virus that would sterilise stupid people.....

I've always thought that the problem with sterilising the stupid is *how* stupid. There's always going to be a few people from the paddling-pool end of the gene pool where it's pretty obvious, but the grey area cases are the problem.

Besides, this gets away from the fun option of flamethrowers and the very stupid. Best option there might be just to lock them in an enclosed and flameproof room for a few hours with a flamethrower, and the intelligence test is simply to avoid killing themselves...
