After 18 months, finally got around to shaving off the beard. Go here for the full set of photos, or below for the annotated version
Firstly, (as previously reported), I went to a party and got the beard dyed (UV-fluororescent for the interested)
Then, I cleaned up the blue, and we get the "before" photo

Couldn't find the electric shaver, so we have the Mach 3 and a (painful) wet shave
