Palfrey's life

Read the linked to old entry. But, basically what I can remember is meeting her, thinking "oooh... nice", then he turns up, me thinking "shite, bf.. bollocks", and everything beyond that is a little fuzzy. I'm not quite sure what happened, but I have a very vague memory of kissing him, I also have a memory of sitting down on a metal chair in the garden of somewhere and talking to him. However, was AFAIK never actually interested in him, just her. As the entry said, I was pretty much off my face at that point, and so the memories are fragmentary, plus my behaviour is somewhat confused, adding to the problem of attempting to infer WTF I did. 'twas something of an odd bit.
