palfrey at 12:52am on 02/12/2003I've just had a very tiring w/e in Maastrict/Aachen/Cologne, more details later, my photos here, others when I have them. Post when I don't need sleep so much. However, short things here on current state.
Firstly, reading one of my friends MSN name, which currently reads "No [n]ympho sex for me". I read this, and suddenly we have the odd concept of arity as applied to sexual relations... it had me grinning, but I have a very weird mind.
Secondly, have been given 2.5K euro budget to spend on a laptop (one of those "quick spend the budget before they don't give it to us again next year" things), so I'm getting a Dell Inspiron 5150, which is very very schweet.
Thirdly, after meeting last thurs with Marinas and Koen (my supervisors at TNO and TU Delft respectively) about my future work, it looks like I'm gonna get to piss around with localisation using robots.... life is good.
