JANUARY:
Stubborn and hard-hearted. Ambitious and serious. Loves to teach and be taught. Always looking at people's flaws and weaknesses. Likes to criticize. Hardworking and productive. Smart, neat and organized. Sensitive and has deep thoughts. Knows how to make others happy. Quiet unless excited or tensed. Rather reserved. Highly attentive. Resistant to illnesses but prone to colds. Romantic but has difficulties expressing love. Loves children. Loyal. Has great social abilities yet easily jealous. Very stubborn and money cautious.

(Ok, maybe the "Loves Children" - but only with soy sauce)

Also from [livejournal.com profile] thessalian here. Many answers not changed, 'cause lazy/they're already right.

1) Dietary Requirements

a) Give your personal interpretation of the four basic food groups.
-- Fat, carbohydrates, protein and caffeine.

b) If the following food was removed from the face of the planet entirely, you would be inconsolable.
-- Tea (not technically a food, but sod it)

-- Quiche

-- Palma ham to start, Rabbit flank with butter (small amounts of, i'm referring to a particular dish in my head), and mango sorbet for dessert.

f) Caffeine -- dietary requirement, evil chemical of doom or "meh, whatever"?
-- Dietary Requirement. See the caffeinated Dune pisstake a while back.

g) If you intake caffeine, preferred method:
-- Preferably strong English Breakfast tea. Given the low odds of getting that decently in the Netherlands, currently drinking a lot of espresso/hot chocolate mix.

2) Entertainment -- Written

a) How many books do you read per month?
-- Probably no more than 3 or 4 these days. Wish I had more time

b) In your bookshelf at home, which genre (if any) turns up with most regularity?

c) Which author turns up with the most regularity?
-- Iain Banks/Terry Prattchett

d) Which book has caused you to think fondly of the firemen in Farenheit 451, it was so bad?

b) Genre that makes you plaster your hands over your ears and run screaming for cover?

d) Stranded on a bus for 31 hours -- what five albums would you bring? (note: home-made mp3 burns do not count.)
-- R.E.M. (Out Of Time, or quite frankly any of their other albums), Foo Fighters (Colour And The Shape), Sneaker Pimps (Becoming X), Everclear (So Much For The Afterglow), Coral (Coral). Bit of a random list, and the last is because I want to try and get into it more.

Given that they were effectively a matter of "need 5 albums to listen to... quick, trawl winamp, find a few random albums you want to listen to again", the selection is pretty good.

To the list, right now I'd add The Magnetic Fields (69 Love Songs) - this is cheating quite a lot, because it's a 3 CD album (with 69 original love songs as the title suggests.

Hmm... now listening to Straw (Shoplifting) and especially the song "The Aeroplane Song (http://www.rmitton.com/guitar/the_aeroplane_song.html)".... damnit, too much good music!
