Here's the final item of writeup on Constitution. Sunday was somewhat more peaceful, but still a number of events. There was a game of Zombies in the morning, followed by the panel on "Sex and drugs and rock 'n' roll" (How to write about excess without going too crazy), one on Real-life science (weird, yet true stories. Farting prawns that sound like high-energy neutrinos for example), followed by a final panel on Remakes (what's good, what sucked, what people would like to see).
We (myself,
friend_of_tofu and
alextiefling) had been invited over to
numberland and
shortcipher's for a late lunch and seeing their kitties (Schrodinger and Heisenberg). I'm not a big mushroom fan, but the mushroom risotto was nice, and the kitties were, well, kitties. Y'know, fluffy, adorable, etc. I was a bit out of things at that point, being in a state that can be accurately described under "adrenalin debt" after the manic nature of the rest of the weekend. We then all piled into their car to get a lift back to London, and spend some time in the Pembury tavern. Various bits of caffeine at this point managed to return me back from the dead for a bit. Also, to play a game of Arkham Horror, which we managed to complete for once! Oh, and I now have plans for next weekend which include a housewarming and stuff, which is good.
It was an insane and manic weekend, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Definitely need to get to more cons...
