Palfrey's life

I've just run into one of those signs that I'm watching too much Gilmore Girls (having a bit of a binge with the 6th season, in part so I can give the relevant DVDs with TV-ripped copies to my brother when I go back home, safe in the knowledge that I won't want them back as I'll want better (i.e. DVD) copies for personal longer term archiving): Lorelai was starting to alter this wedding dress, which had been previously established as being a very bad dress, and I had a number of opinions regarding what she could do to it to make it less awful. I'm trying to balance things out by watching some Stargate as well, but it's not helping.

In other news, I've refined some stuff I'd been writing to create an API for evil walled garden journalling systems (OKCupid, MySpace, last.fm, etc), and as the OkCupid backend is pretty good now, I've got a little proggie that will autopost all of my LJ posts onto OKCupid as well. Notably, this is just the public ones.
