I've been a bit on the busy side recently. I've just survived my first annual go/no-go meeting on my PhD with flying colours. I've submitted "Localisation in Mobile Anchor Networks" to the ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks. T-MAC is really properly working (having got the last bug with the blasted thing deciding to occasionally stop transmitting half-way through a byte now killed off). I've shaved off the nascent beard/killed a small furry animal (depending on how you look at it). I've figured out how to do something complex with Device-mapper that will probably make the maintainers go "why the heck would you want to do that?" when I start asking some questions soonish.... and I've watched a metric buttload of Stargate, Voyager and new Enterprise, as well as the very cool Peacekeeper Wars miniseries (I *want* John's longcoat).
That's my last week or so in a nutshell. Oh, and I've gathered a lot of links
EDIT: "Masters of Lebowski" link now fixed. Original host got overloaded, I managed to find another source and make a copy.

- Firefox manga - you can't buy this sort of fannish support...
- Long Tail - good article on Wired
- Masters of Lebowski - for those of us nominally 80s people, watch this *now*
- Ablative meat - wonderful term
- More reasons not to trust dog people
- iAudio M3 - probably my new MP3 player
- Scooby Doo porn (probably not as dodgy as you're thinking)
