Palfrey's life

I've been meaning to update with a more detailed post about what the heck I've been doing this last week or so, but just haven't got around to it. Nothing that interesting, but still a few things I'd like to post about. But, that's for a later post. This one is about some re-arrangements in my travel plans. Most interesting of which is that I'm now going to both Globecom and Sensys. Sensys is in Baltimore from November 3-5, and between minimum time between flights and other hilarities I'm in Baltimore from 2-7 November. Now, I have no ideas about where the heck anything is in America (ok, not quite true. I do have a vague concept about where Baltimore is now), but I'm betting that at least some of you can recommend things to do there, as I'll effectively have a day or so there free to do whatever. Ideas anyone?

FYI, The Globecom workshop (in Texas) that I'm going to is on November 29th (monday), and I'm probably going to fly up to Washington the day after that and do the whole tourist thing there and some time in New York for the rest of that week. That's still a little hazy, but recommendations for that are also welcomed.
