Palfrey's life

In an attempt to stop myself from either whistling along to No Doubt or Slipknot (it's doable, you just have to be *very* bored), and watching endless numbers of Stargate episodes (with a brief break for some DS9 after marlo mentioned it, and I figured I hadn't seen any for, oh, at least a month) I'm doing an MLP post. Also, because I've had a very boring day at work (hitting MSc thesis and Nedc with a variety of sticks)....
