Palfrey's life

Hey everyone. Just got back from England in the last 10 minutes, so guess what I did first (aside from dropping bags). Yup, switched on the 'puter. Brief post now, more of a small "I'm alive" post than anything else. *Will* (and not in the sense of some of my previous post promises, but in a "i really will do this" sense) write a lot more stuff on xmas/new years, at some point when i'm not travel lagged/back aching/needing to catch up with everything else that may be done on broadband. There is one thing I will note here, which is a minor trimming of my friends list (don't worry, if you're reading this, you probably didn't get trimmed). Most ppl wouldn't list who and why, but I'm feeling evil.

• theferrett because although he says some good stuff, I can't be fucked trawling thru vast essays sans lj-cut, and most of them i don't care enough about e.g. magic articles - like the game, but not really that interested


• witchchild stuff i might get/be interested in if i actually knew her IRL, but can't be bothered with in the "add random person for interesting things about others lives" sense, because she's just confusing. Meh, I have better things to do than try and understand *all* the random ppl. Select ones only methinks

In other thoughts, I've really missed my Cambridge Soundworks speakers. Ok, they're the cheap end of the range, and I'm missing two of the 4, but they still rock (or certainly allow others to rock properly). GITS-SAC soundtrack good... "aeris gloris" in my head now..
